Marking 75 years of Chinmaya Mission, Chinmaya Mission Chennai unveiled the Bhagavad Gita in the lyrical beauty of Tamil, a tribute to the global Tamil community and a timeless guide for seekers everywhere. On 27 July 2025, at the ancient Gangaikondacholapuram temple, the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi released this sacred rendition. Select verses have been set to music by Maestro Ilaiyaraaja, offering a soulful aural journey, while all 18 chapters are also available in their traditional chanting style on the Chinmaya Mission Chennai YouTube channel, providing seekers with a complete spiritual companion.
